Learn how you may qualify for our discounted computer program.
Community Access Program
Documentation of current enrollment in one of the income-based government assistance programs listed below OR documentation of current household income that is under 200% of the federal poverty level (see table below) allows you to purchase our computers at a discounted price.
Qualifying Programs
Below is a list of programs that make you income-eligible to participate in our community access program:

- SNAP/EBT
- National School Lunch Program or School Breakfast Program
- WIC
- Medicaid Enrollment

Housing assistance:
- Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
- Federal Public Housing Assistance
- Section 8
- Group Residential Housing (GRH)
- Section 42
- Low-Income Housing Tax Credit or other HUD low-income program
- Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
- Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI)
- Veterans Pension or Survivor Benefits
- Lifeline
- Child enrollment in Head Start
- Federal Pell Grant
- Annual household income that did not exceed 200% federal poverty level (FPL) or 60% area median income (AMI) for the most recent tax year (see table below).

Required Documentation
To qualify for our Community Access Program pricing, please bring one of the following with you when you visit:
Option 1: Program Participation
Bring documentation showing your current enrollment in one of the qualifying programs listed above. Acceptable documentation includes:
- Benefit award letter
- Statement of benefits
- Program ID card
- Other official program documentation
Option 2: Income Verification
Bring documentation showing your household income is below the limits in the table above. Acceptable documentation includes:
- Prior year's tax return
- Three consecutive months of pay stubs
- Social Security benefit statement
- Retirement/pension benefit statement

We also work with local nonprofits, schools, and community organizations to provide technology access. If your organization serves low-income or disadvantaged populations, please contact us to discuss partnership opportunities.
